Actual service details — scope of work, scheduling, pricing, and payment terms — are agreed upon directly between Ledian's Cleaning Services and the client, in person, by phone, or through a written estimate, before any work begins. Payments for cleaning services are handled directly between the parties and are not processed through this website.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logo, and content, is owned by Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE APPLICABLE CLEANING SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company from any third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

7. Dispute Resolution

We will likewise attempt to resolve any dispute with you informally first. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of first contact, either party may pursue the matter through the courts described in the Governing Law section below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For any dispute, you and Company agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
